I was so disappointed with my last glasses from a previous optician and when I moved to Deal I decided to go to Boots, my son had previously had glasses from the same shop and said how friendly they were and helpful. I was so surprised, it was such a different atmosphere completely to the last shop I went to I felt like I was on a conveyor belt everyone was in a rush and I have nothing against foreign people but the optician who tested me I just could not make out what she was saying and I felt very embarrassed as I had to keep asking her what she said! I moved some weeks after and had to keep going to the shop here and ask for them to improve them as I just could not see to read properly they adjusted them 3 times but in the end I asked for a pair or reading glasses, these were also far from perfect. Boots were so friendly from the start and the optician was so much more professional and everyone there were so helpful, I cant think of anything that you could do more to improve your shop here. Thank you.

The supporting staff (particularly Penny) were extremely helpful and always made sure that my appointment was timed to agree with Mr Levy's attention. I am very particular about my spectacles and am delighted that the staff accommodate my demands with enthusiasm. Penny is always keen to re-adjust the fit of my spectacles when I bring them in for attention and she always get them very close. I do not like contact lenses and Mr Levy understands my preferences perfectly. I am extremely satisfied with the attention I receive at Boots and find it difficult to think of anything which could be improved.
